A billable interaction is any customer inquiry that Lumi Talk handles autonomously without human intervention. This includes tasks like order tracking, answering FAQs, or providing product information. If a conversation requires escalation to a human agent, it does not count as a billable interaction.  

Should you surpass your monthly interaction quota, Lumi Talk continues to operate seamlessly. Overage interactions are billed at a predetermined rate, ensuring uninterrupted service. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to accommodate increased demand.
