30-minute working session

Hear an AI agent answer your customers, in your words.

Bring the questions your team answers a hundred times a week. We'll point a LumiTalk agent at them, show you where it hands off to a person, and map which channel is worth turning on first.

  • No preparation needed
  • No obligation
  • A real agent, live on the call

What we'll cover

Six things worth thirty minutes, in roughly this order.

Where conversations pile up

The calls, chats, texts and emails arriving faster than your team can answer them.

Your channels and volume

Which channels matter, how much comes through each, and what the busy hours look like.

The systems it must reach

Your CRM, helpdesk, store or calendar — what the agent needs to read and write.

Handoff to a human

What the AI should resolve alone, and exactly when a person takes over.

Coverage and guardrails

After-hours and weekend cover, escalation rules, and what the agent must never say.

Fit and next steps

Where LumiTalk helps, where it doesn't, and what a sensible first channel would be.

What to expect

A live agent, not a slide deck

We point an agent at your own questions and let you hear how it handles them.

Shaped around your business

The session follows your channels, tools and volume rather than a fixed product tour.

Next steps only if it fits

If LumiTalk is a good match we'll propose a scoped starting point. If not, we'll say so.

Or tell us what you need

Send the details and we'll come back with a time that suits you — and a session built around the channels you actually care about.

Which channels matter most?

Before you book

How long is the session?

Thirty minutes. That is enough to understand your conversation volume, hear an agent handle a few of your real questions, and agree whether a deeper walkthrough is worth booking.

Who should join?

Whoever owns customer conversations day to day — a support lead, operations manager or owner. If someone else manages your CRM or phone system, having them on the call helps but is not required.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No. It helps to know roughly how many calls, chats, texts or emails you handle in a month, which tools you already use, and the one question your team answers most often.

Is this a sales pitch?

It is a working session. We listen first and only recommend a starting point if the fit is clear. There is no obligation and no contract discussed on the call.

Ready when you are.

Thirty minutes, your questions, a live agent.
