1. Scope and incorporation
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to public demonstrations and to customer use when incorporated into an accepted Order Form or service agreement. Customer is responsible for its users, workflows, content, credentials, and instructions.
2. Lawful and authorized use
- Use the Services only for lawful business purposes and within documented permissions.
- Obtain required rights, licenses, notices, and consent before submitting data or initiating communications.
- Do not use credentials, phone numbers, sender identities, domains, or connected accounts you do not control or have authority to use.
3. Calls, texts, email, and recording
- Do not place unlawful telemarketing, artificial-voice, prerecorded, spoofed, harassing, or deceptive communications.
- Honor opt-outs, suppression lists, calling-time rules, identification requirements, and recording-consent laws.
- Maintain evidence of consent when the workflow or law requires it.
- Do not obscure the identity of the responsible business or misrepresent an AI system as a specific human.
4. Harmful and abusive conduct
- No threats, harassment, stalking, exploitation, discrimination, hate, or incitement of violence.
- No sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or content involving child sexual abuse.
- No fraud, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, scams, counterfeiting, or deceptive claims.
- No instructions materially facilitating unlawful weapons, controlled substances, or physical harm.
5. Security and platform integrity
- Do not probe, scan, or test systems without written authorization.
- Do not bypass access controls, rate limits, safety controls, usage limits, or tenant boundaries.
- Do not introduce malware, destructive code, denial-of-service traffic, or automated load that threatens availability.
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or extract models, prompts, data, or services except where law expressly permits.
6. High-impact decisions
Do not use LumiTalk as the sole decision-maker for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admission, medical treatment, legal rights, access to essential services, or other decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Qualified human review and use-case-specific controls are required.
7. Regulated and sensitive data
Do not process protected health information, payment-card data, precise credentials, government identifiers, biometric templates, or other regulated data unless a signed agreement expressly authorizes the use case and required safeguards are configured. Marketing references to an industry do not create authorization.
8. Content and intellectual property
- Do not submit content you lack the right to use.
- Do not infringe privacy, publicity, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other rights.
- Do not use generated content as proof of fact, professional advice, or a guaranteed outcome without appropriate review.
9. Investigation and enforcement
LumiTalk may investigate reasonably suspected violations and may limit or suspend affected functionality when necessary to address an imminent security, legal, or third-party harm. Where practical, action will be proportionate and notice will be provided. Contractual cure and termination rights remain governed by the signed agreement.
10. Report misuse
Report suspected misuse through the LumiTalk contact page with enough detail to identify the affected workflow. Do not include exploit code, credentials, or private customer data in an ordinary contact-form submission.
